   Procedures

Lead to the necessary documents and monitoring of the process of buying and selling real estate

Required documents:

  1. TITLE DEED of property desired progress selling and buying or ANY DOCUMENT indicating that the ada and parcel, or ORAL INDICATING
  2. PASSPORTS of seller and buyer (or legal representive)
  3. COLOR PASSPORT FOTOS (1 from seller, 2 from buyer)
  4. selling and buying VALUE DOCUMENTATION (from related Municipality)
  5. PERMIT the military command of the Aegean izmir (For foreigner buyers only)
  6. TAX NUMBER taken from related tax office (For foreigner buyers only)
  7. If there is any representive from part(ies), the original POWER of ATTORNEY
  8. If any part of both are company, the up to date (max 1 month) PROPERTY SELLING and BUYING AUTHORITY from related Chamber of Commerce, SIGNATURE AUTHORITY from notary public, TAX REGISTRATION of the company

The Progress:

  1. After the request for the desired real estate sales transaction, the documents submitted for processing after being reviewed by the Land Registry chief
  2. The officer gives the reciept of selling and buying fees to be paid to seller and buyer, unless there is no formal obstacle on the real estate.
  3. After the fees has been paid to the offical bank, the cadastrol office manager reviews the documents. The officer reads and explains about property and the progress to parties. If both parties agree about the progress, the officer takes their signatures and progress is done. (If any part or parties are unalfabet, they have to take minumum 2 witnesses with them to be understood by the progress and the witnesess have to sign on document and the unalfabet has to make finger-printing. If part or parties can not understand the Turkish language, they have to bring a sworn-translator with them and the translator translate the document and sign on document too.)
  4. The sell progress is over when he/she (new owner) gets the new Title Deed on his/her name.
